On-demand ISR is not supported on Netlify. If we want to make a complete switch to Vercel, we need to make sure that the webmention plugin is migrated beforehand.

The current Netlify plugin is run after a successful deployment. The equivalent on the Vercel side is the Post-Deploy integration.

In contrast, it's way harder to set up and maintain. You need to register a new marketplace integration and manually link it with the project. I'm not sure whether we should do this right now.
