Chat Analyzer is a full-stack application that leverages AI to extract insights from chat conversations. Key features include sentiment analysis, context change detection, intelligent message grouping, and seamless integration with vector databases such as Qdrant. The backend is powered by Django and Celery for robust task management, while the frontend is built with modern React, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.
To support observability and reliability, Chat Analyzer incorporates Elasticsearch and Kibana for comprehensive logging, monitoring, and visualization. This integration enables real-time tracking of system health, error detection, and actionable analytics, making the platform ideal for research, analytics, and conversational AI solutions.
This project was developed as part of the JotForm Internship program. It demonstrates practical experience in building scalable, production-ready AI and data engineering solutions, and showcases collaboration and learning within the JotForm engineering team.
