Single "come back and run from here" doc consolidating the product roadmap (v0.5.0 lanes, the M.* magic, Phase-2 experiment, consolidation engine) plus the operational/infra loose ends not in the feature worklist (dependabot PRs, stale branches incl. explicit-transactions, bench→Depot, Windows, audit leftovers).
