Upgraded libtesla with libultrahand 2.1.8 for overlay (HOS 21.0.0 support).
Recompilation of 1.0.3 code with latest libnx (4.10.0) for HOS 21.0.0 support is required since this FW introduce breaking changes in ABI.
Binaries are available on my fork for this purpose only.
