[codex] expand team docs and update community links

What changed

• Added a detailed Teams docs page covering Agent Team routing, organization team workspaces, member runtimes, shared assets, model gateway, Asset Server, evolution, backup/restore, CLI, and API surfaces.
• Added an Introduction docs page and linked it from the docs homepage and Mintlify navigation.
• Updated Discord community links to https://discord.gg/BMtnggD9SM.
• Removed the Demo sections from the English and Chinese README files.
• Added docs/AGENTS.md so the existing docs/CLAUDE.md symlink resolves during local Mintlify preview.

Why

These updates make the documentation match the current personal agent team and persistent Teams implementation, while keeping community links current and avoiding local preview startup failures.

Validation

• git diff --check
• docs/docs.json JSON parse check
• Verified http://localhost:3000/start/teams returns HTTP 200 from Mintlify local preview
• Confirmed old Discord invite links are no longer present
