ZeroAlloc.TestHelpers 1.0.0 is on nuget.org; all three previous copies of AllocationGate.cs (in Authorization, Mediator, Mapping) replaced with PackageReferences to the new package. Drift closed: Mapping now has AssertBudgetValueTask<T> too. Links the design + plan + 4 implementation PRs for archaeology.
