- migrate to androidX
- enable view binding
- upgrade kotlin version to 1.8.20
- upgrade CompileSdkVersion and targetSdkVersion to 33 to support android 13
- upgrade gradle wrapper version to gradle-7.6-bin and gradle tool version to 7.2.2
