add global option UseShaderBundle partially added blendshape swaps for armor sets. TODO: find chest armor names and associate them to the blendshape toggles.

This will add the ability to use blendshaps in the game, for armor swapping and to trigger expressions with in game actions.
This branch also fixes a few bugs.
