Overview

This release introduces the NADD v4 upgrade with a hybrid reserve model and full integration with the external ReserveRegistry, while preserving all existing token balances and mechanics.

It also adds the NADDReserveVerifier for independent, read-only compliance verification and includes ASCII diagrams illustrating token, registry, and governance flows.
