💡 What: Replaced the per-batch log lines with an in-place updating progress bar (using \r) when running in an interactive terminal.
🎯 Why: The previous behavior flooded the terminal with hundreds of "added batch X" logs, making it hard to see actual errors or overall progress.
📸 Before: A wall of text. After: A single updating line per folder.
♿ Accessibility: Reduced cognitive load by decluttering output. Maintains verbose logging for non-interactive (CI) environments.
Note: Relies on serial execution (max_workers=1) for clean output.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18380154152609692196 started by @abhimehro

- Implemented in-place progress updates using `\r` and `ANSI Clear Line`.
- Falls back to verbose logging in non-interactive environments (CI).
- Reduced log noise during batch processing.
