**Learning:** Raw seconds (e.g., 125.5s) are hard to parse mentally. Formatting them as "2m 5.5s" significantly improves readability for long-running CLI tasks.
**Action:** Use a helper function to format durations > 60s into minutes/hours in summary tables.
