Assignment evaluation

There are five assignments in this course, assignment 0-4. All assignments need to be handed it in and you need to pass at least four of them.

Handing in assignment 0: To hand in assignment 0 upload your completed notebook in the assignment in Absalon called Assignment 0 Handin. This must be done no later than the 5th of February. Remember to identify your notebook either by naming the file with your KU ID (e.g. asd123.ipynb) and/or by writing your KU ID clearly at the top of the notebook. To pass the assignment you must answer at least 6 of the 9 problems correctly.

At the first exercise class you will have the chance to auto-submit your answers using the checks package. Doing so will help us cut down on time used for reading your assignments, and helps us test the checks package. Be aware that if you choose to do this you must still upload your notebook in Absalon by the 5th of February. More info on the auto-submit option will follow at the first exercise class.

• Note: The checks package is in early development, so we expect bugs and errors. If you are confident you have answered a problem correctly but cannot get checks to agree don't worry. We will manually go through all submissions that do not have a 100% correct rate according to checks.
