+Atom v0.50.0 rounds out its access-token model and opens up new integration points for email and eventing, alongside certificate and membership fixes.

+## What's New
+
+**Runtime-configurable email templates.** Email templates can now be configured at runtime instead of being fixed at build time, so operators can customize verification, invite, and notification emails without rebuilding Atom.
+
+**Optional event publishing to an external broker.** Atom can now optionally publish its events to an external message broker — pairing with [FluxMQ's new isolated AMQP principals for Atom](/blog/fluxmq-v0-50-0-release/) to keep audit and event traffic on its own dedicated channel.
+
+**Access token updates.** The access token model received further updates, building on the scoped-token work introduced in [v0.40.0](/blog/atom-v0-40-0-release/).
+
+**Automatic membership registration.** Authenticated users are now automatically registered as members of an entity during authentication and creation, removing a manual step from onboarding flows.
+
+**Certificate hardening.** Certificate parameters now include `KeyEncipherment` and `ServerAuth` key usages, aligning issued certificates more closely with standard TLS server requirements.

+**Documentation.** A new Atom Next user-guide was added, covering day-to-day usage of the platform.

+FluxMQ v0.50.0 is out, focused on clustering reliability and broker hardening, alongside new extensibility and integration points.

+## What's New
+
+**Event hooks.** FluxMQ now supports hooks, letting external systems react to broker events without modifying the broker itself.
+
+**Cluster reliability fixes.** Two clustering bugs are fixed: nodes now recover their session lease and re-register ownership keys after an expiry instead of losing state, and a gap in etcd watch handling that could silently drop cluster state is closed.
+
+**Deterministic retained-message matching.** Retained message matching is now deterministic and complete, so subscribers reliably get the retained messages they should for a given topic filter.
+
+**Atom integration for audit publishing.** FluxMQ adds isolated AMQP local principals scoped specifically to [Atom's](/blog/atom-v0-50-0-release/) audit publishing, keeping audit event traffic separated from other broker traffic.
+
+**Broker hardening.** Local-principal capability is now derived from a client's roles rather than its listener, and a new badger close guard prevents issues during shutdown.

+
+**Messaging hooks endpoints.** Magistrala now exposes endpoints for registering messaging hooks, letting external systems tie into the message pipeline without embedding custom logic in the core services.
+
+**Multi-publisher filter for readers.** The readers service's `PageMetadata` now supports filtering by multiple publishers at once, so querying stored messages from a specific set of devices no longer requires stitching together several calls.
+
+**Rules Engine loop prevention.** A new safeguard detects and blocks rule chains that would otherwise trigger each other in an infinite loop, protecting the Rules Engine from runaway execution.
+
+**gRPC hardening.** Empty usernames and passwords are now rejected early in the gRPC authentication path, closing off malformed-credential edge cases before they reach deeper service logic.
+
+**Alarms fixes.** Alarm role handling was corrected and a set of unwanted alarm operations were removed, tightening the Alarms service's permission surface (now part of the Enterprise Edition).
