ChicagoEDT has moved back to hosting their website in their space (probably because we had too much downtime.) We likely don't need to migrate anything at this point in time. |

This PR hopefully migrates
edtvm.acmuic.org'sdocker-compose.ymlto Kubernetes for easier management.
