Adds registration email and emails package

Why

• All major software leverage emailing to communicate with their users; we should be no different.

What

• Created a new email package using react email and the plunk node client
• Updated the application to send users an email whenever they initially register for HackKit.

Yes you are probably missing some environment variables. I'll work on adding them to infisical tonight. I'll also fix the error message so it's more clear what the issue is.
