this brings the first iteration of the basics group api (called "sheets" in the UI at the moment), shared spaces with shared public keys. It brings providers to list the currently known groups, for their different metadata (like the name, description) and exposes the API to create additional groups.
Additionally this introduces an integration tests suite through an embedded example application, we can use on the CI to confirm all works as expected in general.
