Closing this for now: Biome 2.x is a major version with a new configuration schema — CI fails with "The configuration schema version does not match the CLI version 2.4.16" because biome.json still targets the 1.9.4 schema. Upgrading requires running biome migrate and reviewing the config, so this will be done manually rather than via an automated bump.
