Fastgrind v1.0

Release highlights:

• Trim repository to a release-focused package layout
• Export installable CMake package targets: fastgrind::manual and fastgrind::auto
• Add an installed-package consumer example in demo/cmake_installed_package
• Install tools/fastgrind.py with the package

Validated:

• Root CMake configure, build, and install
• Installed-package demo configure, build, and run against the installed prefix
