Development dependency updates and rebuild of docs for dependency updates. Lot of additional *.br files added (brotli compression) due to update in vite compression plugin.
Switches to exact package versioning and turns off pre-/post-installation scripts by default to help lock things down a bit better.
Future work: whenever npm finally gets around to merging in the PR for
--before=<relative_time>that should probably be adopted. Alternatively, the project could switch to pnpm etc.
