This pull request splits the CI workflow into two separate workflows for the
devandmainbranches, improving clarity and maintainability of the CI process. It also updates the README badges to reflect these new workflows.CI Workflow Refactoring:
.github/workflows/ci.ymlworkflow, which previously handled bothdevandmainbranches..github/workflows/ci-dev.ymlto handle CI for thedevbranch, including build and test steps..github/workflows/ci-main.ymlto handle CI for themainbranch, mirroring the setup fordev.Documentation Update:
