Move the project from MIT to AGPL-3.0 (Daytona-style NOTICE/COPYRIGHT), add a separate cluster license for production use, and update README and SDK package metadata. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

- Introduced a new LICENSE file for the SDK, specifying the terms of the MIT License. - Included copyright information for Aerol AI, Inc. and outlined permissions and limitations associated with the software.
