This reverts commit a7b4ff5.
The X-AgentMail-Signature header does not exist; openapi.json references svix 48 times and never that header. Following the old snippet made every genuine webhook 401, whose natural fix is deleting the check entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closing as incorporated: this branch's content served as the verified baseline for the skills consolidation — the Svix webhook corrections, admin.md, and both education skills were adjudicated file-by-file and carried into agentmail-to/agentmail-skills (now canonical, merged in skills#11). Skill content here is now a generated export from that repo (#9 replaces this). Mapping: agentmail→canonical agentmail; agent-email-patterns+email-for-ai-agents→merged agent-email-patterns (alias retained); action skills promoted with authorization-matrix rows embedded. |

Re-lands the PR #5 content for proper review — identical diff (two education skills moved in, agentmail/cli/mcp/toolkit enrichment, 0.4.0 version bump). See PR #5 for the full description and verification notes (validators green, adversarially reviewed against live SDKs/CLI/OpenAPI).
Based on the revert branch so the full diff is visible now; when #7 merges and its branch is deleted, GitHub retargets this PR to main automatically. Merge order: #7 first, then this.
