Replaces the fixed AgentMail tool surface with an OpenClaw CLI bridge and skill backed by the official AgentMail CLI. Pins and checksum-verifies CLI v0.7.14 for supported macOS, Linux, and Windows targets, packages the binaries into npm tarballs, and records third-party licensing. Updates manifest generation, host validation, dependency metadata, and setup/development docs while preserving the existing email channel. Validation: npm test, npm run plugin:validate, fresh packed-package installation, and a ClawHub publish dry run.
