Bump plugin.json and the marketplace entry 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 and add a CHANGELOG. 0.2.0 is the first installable, hardened, independently-verifiable release: persistent signing key + published verification key, repo-root marketplace manifest, SessionStart hook that never crashes, the verify drift fix, and CI that runs the plugin test suite. Version bump + changelog to mark the first launch-ready release of the claude-code plugin. After merge I'll cut the
claude-code-v0.2.0tag/release on main.plugin.jsonand the marketplace entry:0.1.0->0.2.0.claude-code/CHANGELOG.mddocumenting 0.2.0 (and 0.1.0 as the initial release).Why 0.2.0 (minor): since 0.1.0 the plugin went from not-installable to launch-ready. New: persistent signing key + published verification key, repo-root marketplace manifest, CI test jobs. Fixed: verify mid-session drift, five SessionStart hook crash vectors, missing-crypto UX. Staying pre-1.0 while TRACE is Developer Preview.
