npm trusted publishing requires npm CLI v11.5.1+ (ships with Node 24). Node 22's npm v10 fails OIDC handshake, causing misleading 404 errors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
