This PR aims to update the conda package creation defaults and instructions for the more recent PyTorch versions.
This was done some time ago, so it only builds against PyTorch 1.13. Newer versions of PyTorch might require some more adjustments (e.g. cuda-toolkit specific changes). Please feel free to update/modify accordingly.
Some instructions were also added, to ease figuring out how to compile (i.e. specifying the environment variables correctly).
