Verification complete: the CI workflow did not trigger at all for this screenshot-only diff (only unrelated CodeQL ran) — confirms the fixed top-level on.pull_request.paths allow-list in #1765 correctly excludes non-code dashboard/verify/**/*.png changes. Closing without merge; deleting the throwaway branch. |

Temporary verification-only PR stacked on top of #1765. Adds a single screenshot-only file under dashboard/verify/ to confirm the new extension-qualified
dashboardpaths-filter correctly evaluates false (and Dashboard e2e / build / etc. are skipped) for a non-code-only diff. Will be closed without merging once verified.
