This PR introduces several micro-UX improvements to the SPEED CLICKER game to enhance player feedback and delight:

  1. Real-time High-Score Tracking: Players now see the current high score displayed alongside their score during gameplay (e.g., Score: 10 | High: 10). This provides immediate tactile reward and context for their performance.
  2. Visual Transition Polish: The "GO!" prompt at the end of the countdown is now colorized in Bold Green (CLR_NORM), creating a clearer and more energetic transition into the gameplay phase.
  3. Inclusive Achievement Feedback: Fixed a logic bug where first-time players were excluded from "NEW BEST!" celebrations and final congratulations. Every player now receives immediate positive reinforcement when they set a new personal record, even on their very first run.
  4. UX Journal Update: Documented the importance of inclusive achievement feedback in .Jules/palette.md.

These changes were verified using non-interactive terminal tests and passed all existing UX validations.
