Smart contract(Ethereum-Solidity) code, USSD code and Frontend code for Immuno Stand. Immuno stand is a Child immunization medical records systems that can be used in remote villages by public health officials in remote locations where only 2G/ussd access is available. We used the blockchain as the backend for this application. This is our winning submission for Angelhack Lagos 2018.
