Add unit tests for ProtectedRoute component

Added src/components/layout/__tests__/ProtectedRoute.test.tsx to test the ProtectedRoute component.

• Mocked useAuth hook.
• Tested loading state.
• Tested redirection for unauthenticated users.
• Tested rendering for authenticated users.
• Tested guest access logic (allowGuest prop).
• Achieved 100% coverage for ProtectedRoute.tsx.
