Summary

  • add goal-level autonomous failure and reflection state so unplanned goal runs can trigger reflection, preserve recovery strategy, and reuse the last successful or failing runtime skill when available
  • remove misleading history fallbacks by hiding unknown model tiers instead of forcing a balanced badge and by exposing tier/skill/model metadata only for assistant or tool rows in scheduler transcripts
  • strengthen regression coverage for concurrent scheduler ticks, goal-level reflection flow, unavailable reflected skills, scheduler transcript metadata semantics, and history rendering without tier metadata
