In dynamo2warp.py, convert_eulers can return shape (3,) for a Dynamo *.tbl file with exactly one particle which will result in eulers_warp[:,0] failing and dynamo2warp.py throwing the error "IndexError: too many indices for array: array is 1-dimensional, but 2 were indexed". Added comment and eulers_warp = np.atleast_2d(eulers_warp) to enforce (N, 3) shape.
