Summary

Adds rule 5 to "Key rules": a pre-flight check requiring agents to verify they're in a feature worktree before editing any file, not main/
Adds "Improving these instructions" section encouraging agents to file issues at alltuner/projectuner when instructions are unclear

Closes #35

Verify the new rule appears correctly in template/AGENTS.md and is readable via the CLAUDE.md symlink
Confirm the issue URL in the new section points to the correct repo
