This PR adds some guidance to the ‘Send emails’, ‘Send text messages’ and ‘Send letters’ pages.
The guidance explains that switching a channel off only hides templates, options and settings. It does not delete them.
We’ve thought about doing this for a while – but the latest onboarding journey changes make it feel more timely.
Anecdotally, we also had someone contact us about just this on Slack today.
