CI pinned an old lex (0.9.11); deps on main now use str.char_at (added in 0.9.13), so 'lex check src/' failed with unknown_field 'char_at'. Bump to current. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
