Bumps the pinned lex binary (ci.yml, publish.yml) from 0.10.5 to 0.10.7. Picks up lex-lang#725 (Postgres float4/float8 serialization fix) plus 0.10.6's std.bytes/crypto additions. No breaking changes in this range.

Bumps the pinned lex binary from 0.10.5 to 0.10.7. Non-breaking patch range (std.bytes additions, crypto.ed25519_is_valid_point, Postgres float4/float8 serialization fix in #725). No code changes needed.
