Added parameters to allow users to download specific school years, overwrite existing copies of the files, and support parallelized processing of the operations. The current state of the master branch at alspur/kysrc has been merged so there should be no merge conflicts from accepting the pull request (e.g., this only adds the source contained in
R/reportCard.Rwhich itself contains the functionreportCard).
