Rivet（小铆）— Codex Pet

一只沉着、好奇、会把每个改动都核实到底的午夜蓝小乌鸦。

Rivet 是一个原创 Codex v2 动态宠物，包含 9 种标准状态和 16 个鼠标注视方向。它是社区自制内容，并非 OpenAI 官方素材。

一键安装

macOS / Linux：

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/alwaysday1/rivet-codex-pet/main/scripts/install.sh | sh

Windows PowerShell：

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/alwaysday1/rivet-codex-pet/main/scripts/install.ps1 | iex

安装脚本会校验两个宠物文件的 SHA-256；如果已经安装了同名宠物，会先备份到 .codex/pet-backups/。

安装完成后，打开 Codex 的 Settings → Appearance → Pets，刷新列表并选择 Rivet（小铆）。如果没有立即出现，请重启 Codex。

手动安装

1. 从 最新 Release 下载 ZIP 并解压。
2. 将 rivet 文件夹复制到：
   • macOS / Linux：${CODEX_HOME:-$HOME/.codex}/pets/rivet/
   • Windows：%USERPROFILE%\.codex\pets\rivet\
3. 确认目录内只有 pet.json 和 spritesheet.webp 两个必需文件。

• 网格：8 列 × 11 行
• 单帧：192 × 208
• 状态：idle、running、running-left、running-right、waiting、waving、jumping、failed、review
• 鼠标注视：16 个方向
• SHA-256：见 checksums.txt

仓库只包含安装所需文件、预览图和安装脚本；生成过程中的提示词、参考素材和中间调试文件未发布。

Rivet is an original Codex v2 animated pet: a calm, curious midnight-blue raven that verifies every change. It includes nine standard animation states and sixteen mouse-look directions.

Install it with the macOS/Linux or PowerShell command above, or download the latest release and copy the extracted rivet folder to your Codex pets directory. The installers verify SHA-256 checksums and back up an existing rivet installation before replacing it.

After installation, open Settings → Appearance → Pets, refresh, and select Rivet（小铆）.
