This commit adds support for distributed TPCC benchmarking on AWS Aurora DSQL: - Add distributed load support for TPCC loader and executors - Fetch and log session ID when creating connections - Support passing parameters through CLI (with precedence over XML config) - Refactor results management and transaction type loading into separate classes - Add session ID to log output pattern for better traceability
