The TraceLens agent previously appeared in both the TraceLens repository and the AMD-Skills repository.
However, the TraceLens Agent cannot run without TraceLens installed, and we can't remove it from the TraceLens repository, so the user will always have two copies
Having a copy in the AMD-Skills repository is a recipe for bit rot.
This PR updates the AMD-Skills repository to install TraceLens and use the version installed there,
Works in the CI test and in local testing (see attached) using a standard prompt (""use the tracelens orchestrator with a brand new python venv to analyze ~/torch_trace and put the output in ~/torch_trace_20260727")
