Allow street lights on two way highway#26

Thomas: thank you for your contribution. I picked up your contribution at drok/NetworkExtensions3@872253dc |

With the drama around next3, I'd rather not be associated with it. I'd appreciate if you rewrote my name out of the git history. I don't care what you do with the code, I just don't want my name on it. |
I appreciate the sentiment, but please consider what you are asking me to do, and how it will reflect on me if I do it. Consider how you would handle a similar request from a contributor to one of your projects. I'd like to know how you would handle it. |

Also, while I still would like to know how you might handle such a request, from an ethical standpoint, I have done a bit of searching on technicality of doing so. Reports say that removing commits does not change Github's list of contributors. |
Well for starters I'd have a clear license on my project so it was clear what my obligations were. But that's not on you in this case. |
The 2+2 lane and 1+2 lane two way highways did not have street lights. I changed them to use the same code as the regular 1 way highways with some additions. Now street lights should be properly added.
