What is the purpose of this PR?
This PR closes angelolab/Nimbus#85 by adding the pixie clustering notebook to this repository and updating its function signatures.
How did you implement your changes
Copied the cell clustering notebook from https://github.com/angelolab/Nimbus and updated it.
Remaining issues
Installtion of ark is within the repository instead of in the nimbus-inference dependencies to avoid potential dependency conflicts.
