The 2026 landscape follows a three-layer Agentic AI architecture: Agent Infra organizes the application, framework, runtime, and tool ecosystem; Model Infra covers the data, training, serving, and deployment stack; and Large Models provide the foundation that powers the layers above.

This project was initiated by Ant Open Source and InclusionAI to better understand the evolution of the large language model development ecosystem through community data analysis. We aim to surface emerging trends and highlight the projects shaping the Agentic AI landscape.
