Repo convention alignment

All files have been adapted to match the existing plugin conventions:

• plugin.json follows the same schema as other plugins (version 1.0.0)
• .mcp.json uses vendor-native MCP URLs (not Composio proxies), matching the patterns in sales/.mcp.json etc.
• CONNECTORS.md uses the standard two-paragraph intro + table format with ~~category placeholders
• README.md matches the sales/customer-support pattern (Cowork/Claude Code intro, Installation, Commands table, Skills table, Example Workflows, Standalone + Supercharged, MCP Integrations, Settings)
• All 8 command files include the standard > If you see unfamiliar placeholders... CONNECTORS.md blockquote
• Marketplace entry inserted after customer-support in both marketplace.json and the root README.md table
