I own end-to-end people analytics initiatives partnering with Learning & OD, Employee Experience, Talent Business Partners, Total Rewards, and Access & Opportunity to support workforce, talent, and compensation decisions.

At NRG Energy I design and deliver enterprise Power BI dashboards like Learning History, Mid-Year & Year-End Check-In, Impact, and Talent Assessment giving leadership visibility into learning effectiveness, performance conversations, and talent readiness. I also build compensation and rewards analytics covering Sales Compensation, Merit & AIP planning, and Equity reviews, with secure data models using role-level security (RLS) and Python-based workflow automation.
