Also can you kindly follow the branch convention https://github.com/aodn/ogcapi-java mentioned in this README.md so all naming align, you can use the ticket number that I raised this question in the branch if you do not want to raise a new one, thanks

The skipped test cases test the old cloud optimized data in stac model format. For performance improvement, wo don't use that format now. So they can be removed.
