Before the fix:

• Hints from FROM clause were ignored.
• Hints of same type can be overridden.
• Hints of different types were propagated independently.

After the fix:

• Hints can we used within FROM clause, which makes them more precise.
• Hints of same type can be overridden as well. We still can't merge them.
• NO_INDEX and FORCE_INDEX hints, which are set on different levels, can override each other.
