The new data has wildcards in its regex template - i.e.
.\mip0\%03d_*_Section *\*_Section *_tr%d-tc%d.png. I had to rewrite the regex logic to work around those wildcards. I tested for backwards compatibility with old data.This also includes a bugfix for s3 paths with
/./in them.
