This PR updates magic-string to ^1.1.0. The breaking change in this release is that it is ESM-only. Since this package bundles magic-string into both its ESM and CommonJS outputs, this does not affect Node 18 consumers.
It also serializes generated Rollup sourcemaps to accommodate the updated magic-string types.
Tested with
yarn buildandyarn test.
