This tool supports both databases (.db) and uncompressed saved games (.sav). Make sure you have disabled the Save Compressed setting in-game (see the Preferences screen in-game) as this tool is not compatible with compressed saved games. If your saved game is compressed, simply disable the Save Compressed setting in-game and re-save your game.
